We offer aircraft registration in the American system through a trust agreement between you and QualitAir.
U.S. AGENT FOR SERVICE
We will provide you with a fully approved Federal Aviation Administration trust agreement, individually drawn up for you and your aircraft, and all supporting documentation.
All aircraft are registered to secure individual trusts, not multiple-aircraft trusts, and are not an asset of QualitAir. We set up 'watertight' trusts for individuals, including those who don't qualify as US-citizens under FAA rules. You will retain full benefits and control of your aircraft at all times. All trust documents will be reviewed and approved individually by the FAA legal team and filed with the FAA.
QualitAir provides aircraft owner trustee services for US and non-US citizens. The FAA has recognized the use of Owner Trusts to facilitate N-registration irrespective of whether the beneficiary of the trust is a US citizen or not.
Your trust will not be shared with other aircraft owners, this offering you the highest level of protection.
FAA aircraft owner trusts allow both U.S. citizens and non-citizens to purchase and register an aircraft with the FAA by appointing a U.S. trustee. The aircraft owner trust holds the title to the aircraft and registers it with the FAA for the exclusive use of the beneficiary who continues to operate the aircraft.
The importance and legitimacy of the owner trust structure to the aircraft market is well-recognized and has been used for many decades.

An aircraft trust is a relationship where a trustee owns an aircraft on behalf of an entity or individual, also called the trustor or trust beneficiary. The trustee acts for the Beneficiary, but the aircraft is titled and registered to the name of the trustee. This relationship is often called an owner trust because the benefit of the trust and all assets go to the true owner of the trust.
It is important to note that this structure has also been approved by the FAA.
The FAA system is respected worldwide for its easy, secure and inexpensive processes for filling transfers, registrations, and security documents.
The annual inspection procedures are designed for the general aviation owner, not bureaucratic, and focus on the safety of the aircraft.
Anyone, there are no restrictions.
Usually count on 2-4 weeks depending upon the work load at the FAA.
There will be, depending upon the circumstances, a brief period of time around 1 week when the plane may not be flown - this could go longer, but it depends on the entire situation.
Yes. The operating agreement gives you every right as an owner. You may terminate the trust agreement at any time. The aircraft cannot be transferred to a third party at any time during the trust agreement.
